  - If you need to exempt from the registration fee, please apply for it.

  - Domestic participants refer to domestic residents;

  - The due date for the registration is based on Beijing Standard Time (BST 12:00 PM);

  - Meeting materials is not provided to Accompanying Person.


  - Discount of Registration fee (pre-registration) is only applied if it is paid within the deadline(30 Octomber, 2012)

  - Domestic participants can pay the registration fee by Chinese RMB

  -For International Participant:

    --1.In case of remittance, please make sure that the sender's name and the registrant's name are the same

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  - For the cancellation and refund for your registration, please download "Cancellation and refund application form", then fill in the form and send the completed file to us via email (

  - *Oral Cancellation will not be accepted

  - All cancellations are subject to a $50 service charge. Cancellations must be in writing to the ICTIRED Secretariat at

  - Cancellation letters received by 1 June will be refunded total registration minus the $50 service fee and will be refunded after the meeting. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after 2 December, 2012. Substitutions are accepted at any time.
